Bishop Michael G. Clark
Bishop Michael G. Clark is the pastor of the Bibleway House of Prayer Church located at 3261 Park Avenue in Memphis, TN. He is one of five siblings born to the late Apostle Loyce F. Clark and Mother Estella Boyce Clark.
He is a native of Olive Branch, MS. His family later moved to Memphis, TN where he attended school. After graduating high school he attended Shelby State Community College and the University of Memphis formally Memphis State University.
He has been with the Bibleway Ministry from its beginning and has dedicated his life to the work and service of the Lord. His main objective is winning lost souls for Christ. Because of his love and dedication to Christ, the Lord has opened many doors for him.
He knew that God had a purpose for his life when He saved and filled him with the Holy Ghost at age eleven, and obeyed the Lord when he accepted his call and began to preach the gospel in 1972. In 1973 he was ordained Elder under the leadership of his father.
In 1998 Bishop was ordained assistant pastor of Bibleway House of Prayer Church where he continued to work and service God faithfully. God later called him to pastor the flock and was ordained into this office.
He accepted the office of a Bishop and was ordained on August 25, 2007. Bishop Clark is a Board Member of the Alliance of the Apostolic Churches of Christ Jesus (AACCJ). This honor was bestowed upon him in 2007
He is married to Mattie Freeman Clark, together the Lord blessed them with four children, and they are the proud grandparents of two grandchildren.
